This year we are anticipating lots of us will be outside partying so our 2021 Brochure with some great ideas for you is very much a celebration of tent life!

We can offer a massive range of artistes to perform both indoor and outdoor, plus all the staging, lighting, fairgrounds, inflatables, photo booths, meet & greet, bands, dancers, silent Disco & DJ’s.
We understand how difficult it is to plan for future events in these uncertain times therefore for this period we are including offering a clause in our contracts to protect both you and our artistes.
If your base is under restrictions due to a command decision made for the base overall, then a no event no fee clause will apply.
This would mean any deposits held by us would be returned unless the artiste / supplier has requested a non-refundable deposit before the event. This usually applies to Marquees and Big Tops.
To make this fair to all parties, we would ask the event be relocated to a future date.
We have also installed Teams and Zoom to making meetings easier and more inclusive. Here we can share presentations with you, video, power point and upload information for you that’s available to all the committee.
With the obvious need to be cautious about Covid 19 restrictions, this brochure concentrates on outdoors events.
